October 21, 2010 - ONE MONTH IN GERMANY!
Can't believe we've been here for a month already! So so fast!
So today, we went to school to fix our schedule one last time. We had to sign up for Business English. We got there a little after three and waited outside the professor's office along with the other international students. They went in one by one but the three of us went together since we needed to get a more or less similar schedule so that it wouldn't be a hassle when we have our trips.
Pagpasok palang namin, sobrang sama na ng professor. Magaling siya mag-English pero grabe. Sobrang condescending manalita. Sobrang ayaw ko sa kanya!
There were only two slots left so Panj and Butch got those. We went to the International Office after to follow up on the other class that we were waitlisted for to see if I could be added to the class list.
Went to Viktualienmart after to eat--again. I cooked na before going to school but I don't know why I got hungry again! Haha. The three of us share a big pizza for 4.90.

I could only finish one slice though so I saved my other two slices for later.
Butch went home but Panj and I went around the city center first. I bought my kuya a denim polo and my ate a bronze/gold dress! Next we went to Norma's to buy water cause we ran out already.
This is the machine by the cashier and entrance where you can return your used bottles. Panj returned hers and got 2-3 euros back! I'll return mine sometime this week.
We each got six bottles of water and one iced tea, plus a few basics--well, Panj got other stuff pa. The water alone was SUPER HEAVY so we had no idea how to bring it all home. We decided to take the bus to the bus stop nearest to our apartments. We never take the bus anyway! So when we got in and we told the bus driver, he couldn't believe it cause Rathuasplatz (our stop) was already the next stop. He just kept on laughing and laughing the whole time cause we're taking the bus pa raw. Hahaha! He was really nice though asking us what we were doing in Germany, etc.
The walk home from the bus stop still seemed like forever cause of how heavy the water was but we made it.
Back at home, don't really remember what I did na, haha. Oh, Panjee visited me sometime that night! Read a case study for my Customer Management class before that. It was around 17 pages long maybe? :| Pretty interesting naman at times so not so bad.
Went over to Butch's later that night to work on our paper. We ended really late na but accomplished a lot. It felt good to put my brain to use too. It's been a while since I last had to write like that!
The weather was crazy tonight! At first, zero degrees. Then later on, -4! Coldest so far in Ingolstadt. Good thing we weren't out this night! That's all! Tschuss!

October 20, 2010 - First Time First Shot!
Okay, I forgot the name of the party na but I think it was First Time First Shot. Hahaha. I hope.
I stayed home the whole day today cause the weather wasn't so great. It was super cold and raining too!
Got to skype and chat with friends -- Mario, Ystacey, Marco, and Teods! I really miss the girls though! They're leaving Bacolod today (or maybe they left na?) and I can't wait for them to have internet access again!
Started getting ready for the party at around 9-930. It was organized by one of our school's orgs and it was going to be at Suxul. Left with Butch pretty late and got there a little before 11. The walk to Suxul was SUPER COLD. Sorry, I know I keep on saying nalang "it's so cold" but it really is. Haha. It was raining too so that didn't help. Plus I was only wearing tights!
When we entered the place, they gave us a shot. That's the reason for the party's name. I had a shot of Bailey's! Yum. The music was steady and Butch got a beer while we waited for the rest. I saw Laurin, Gia's friend, whom she introduced to me back when he visited Manila! I wasn't sure if it was him but then when he saw me, he said "Stephanie?" Haha. He was really nice. He said he'd be spinning downstairs in about thirty minutes. (Suxul has two floors; one dj in each floor)
The rest arrived and we met up with Panjee downstairs. THIS NIGHT WAS SO FUN. DID NOT STOP DANCING!!! And it felt so nice to be there with more people. Hahaha. Usually, it's just Panj, Butch, and I, and occasionally, friends that we make while dancing (but not real friends!). We were a big group and we all stayed by the dj. I'm not really into trance or electro or whatever, but LAURIN IS AMAZING! He's so so good that I ended up loving the music! It was so good and so so much fun!
Below are the photos since Facebook is really being a pain and still won't let me upload until now!

My kitchen!
I cooked myself a late lunch. That's ham and cheese omelette with strawberry milk! I'm out of water and all I have is milk. Hahaha. Have to go to the grocery later.

October 19, 2010 - Second day!
Second day of school today! Walked to class with Butch; Panj followed. We had Customer Management at 12:15. The teacher spoke English really well. And he was really talkative. Kind of a hassle though, we have 6 case papers. Due probably every two weeks or something? And we have a long exam too, and it's 60% of our grade! The exam's on Feb 14 but we'll be home na by then so he said we'll just take it in Manila, with a supervisor (I'm guessing Dean Ang cause he told us about this na before) at exactly the same time as when they take it here in Germany. On Valentine's! :(
This is a Bachelors course though so at least we're with people who are young, haha. There were 18 students present, when there are supposed to be 33! So we'll see how many we really are in the next class.
I liked one of the quotes he mentioned in the class: "We see what we know." Kind of reminds me of my Philo paper. And of the line in How I Met Your Mother that I included in it: "You can ask the universe for signs all you want but ultimately, we only see what we want to see when we're ready to see it."
Here's Panj with the other Asian group like ours (two girls, one boy) -- Jingqian, Yongshi, and Lin

Afterwards, we went to Viktualienmart to eat lunch. Had our favorite doner at the first place we tried it in. They have the best one and the biggest serving there. :) Plus the lady is really nice!
It was super super cold walking back home! We had alone time for a bit in our places then met up at Panj's to fix our itinerary some more. That took three hours. :| Booked my London trip with Butch after! Yay!
It was a cold and rainy day so we just stayed in. :)
