It has a population of around only 120,000 people! Sometimes, when we walk around, we see the same people that we saw a few days before. Haha. But that makes it nice too. :) Practically everyone knows each other!
The people here are really nice. They smile at us all the time and always say "Hallo!"
It's a really safe place too and you can walk anywhere by yourself, even at night.
Like most places (I'm guessing since I haven't traveled everywhere yet) here in Europe, everything is closed on Sundays.
Here are a few photos:
The start of the city center
Our youth hostel, Jugendherberge
Our apartments (That's mine on the leftmost!)
Kreuztor
Audi museum
Outside Ingolstadt Village (where they have high end outlet shopping)
Rathausplatz. The old rathaus is on the left, and the new one is on the right. It's their city hall. We pass this area practically everyday cause it's about a 5 minute walk from our place.
Ingolstadt at night
This part of the city center is for pedestrians only
The church
West Park, their mall. But you have to take a bus to this place. Probably around 10-15 minutes away.
There are a bunch of other big places by West Park like this store Roller with lots of stuff for the house.
Inside Sparkasse, the biggest bank here I think
Maki, one of the clubs
OKAY, BREAK TIME! The pictures are taking too long to upload and I need to do other things. Haha. I'll update this again next time!
